Responsibilities
- Training development experience across multiple reputed company process areas RTR, STP, PRD, WHS (this is the hard requirement; single-module designers won't clear)
- 2+ years hands-on reputed company, 3+ years ERP overall
- Full-lifecycle instructional design: needs assessment, storyboards, eLearning (WBT/reputed company), evaluations, Train-the-Trainer
- reputed company-to-have: S/4HANA project experience, Big 4/consulting background
