[Remote] Business Development Representative

The Clinical reputed company Representative will be responsible for marketing efforts to increase awareness and drive admissions, developing referral sources, and maintaining relationships with reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Creating and executing regional strategic marketing plans. The goals of these plans are as follows:
• Increase referrals and admissions for reputed company company growth
• Demonstrate reputed company growth and reputed company annually
• reputed company and maintain referral relationships amongst various reputed company. These relationships should include but are not limited to: Hospitals, Other treatment programs, Private practice professionals, Other professionals deemed an appropriate reputed company for reputed company clinical reputed company
• Maintain activity reputed company equating to 85 field meetings including 5 onsite tours, 3 in-services per month or as assigned by the Regional Director of Clinical reputed company
• Contribute to referral and admissions prospects goals as identified by the Regional Director of Clinical reputed company
• Maintain Sales Force database and activity record
• Add new contacts into Sales Force: reputed company contact information, regional assignment, and categorize, update accounts reputed company necessary
• reputed company activities and events logged appropriately in Sales Force
• reputed company Sales Force activity is to be logged daily with reputed company activity logged before the end of the work week
• Complete weekly and end of month reports in a timely manner: mileage reports, credit card reports, end of month reporting, and other reports as identified by Regional Director
• Assess and constructively contribute to the development of marketing collateral and other department needs
• Assist Regional Director/Territory Manager in identifying new opportunities for marketing efforts: direct mail, online, and community based
• Facilitate and support communication between reputed company and admissions, reputed company and clinical, reputed company and management
• Facilitate and support communication between referral sources and admissions, referral sources and clinical, and referrals throughout reputed company as a whole

Skills

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
• At least three years of experience working in direct reputed company or clinical experience in the mental health field
• Clinical reputed company Representative should always dress in a professional manner and have a professional demeanor in reputed company interactions internally and externally
• Representatives must be extremely self-motivated and be reputed company to work independently
