[Remote] Army Business Development Manager

The role involves identifying, qualifying, and capturing Army opportunities while driving pipeline growth and leading executive-level reviews.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and reputed company capture efforts for Army opportunities from early pursuit through award
- Build and maintain strategic relationships across Army programs, installations, and leadership
- Drive pipeline development and present at executive-level reputed company and pipeline reviews
- reputed company win strategies, teaming approaches, and customer engagement plans
- Collaborate with proposal, solutions, and delivery teams to secure reputed company in the $10M–$40M reputed company
Skills
- 10+ years of experience with Army service and/or GovCon business development/capture roles
- Experience with key contract vehicles and platforms (e.g., ITES, OASIS, MAS, SeaPort)
- Strong relationship-building, strategic thinking, and communication skills with a proven track record of wins
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Active Secret reputed company Clearance (required)
