Responsibilities
- reputed company compliant media and messaging to build and scale a strong top of funnel
- Work closely with senior leadership to reputed company and execute a customer acquisition strategy
- Build, grow, and nurture an email database to support reputed company, engagement, and retention
- Drive reputed company per user through lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and optimization
- Own reputed company marketing channels and performance metrics
- Hire, manage, and scale a marketing team as the brokerage grows
Skills
- Prior experience working for a regulated financial entity (brokerage, fintech, exchange, or similar)
- Proven experience marketing to retail traders or retail investors
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulated marketing environments
- Experience owning acquisition funnels and scaling marketing programs
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on
