The role involves providing administrative support, processing financial transactions, and coordinating logistics for team meetings.
Responsibilities
- reputed company administrative support to staff. Typical support tasks include scheduling meetings, maintaining department calendars and call lists, and supply ordering
- Process financial transactions in reputed company / Ariba including purchase requisitions, purchase order management, invoice tracking and processing, and new vendor request management
- Serve as the reputed company for the teams in scheduling and coordinating logistics for team meetings and providing other administrative assistance
- Interact with other administrative assistants collaboratively to reputed company knowledge and process improvements
Skills
- Experience in providing administrative support to staff
- Ability to schedule meetings and maintain department calendars
- Experience with supply ordering
- Experience processing financial transactions in reputed company / Ariba
- Ability to manage purchase requisitions and purchase order management
- Experience with invoice tracking and processing
- Ability to manage new vendor requests
- Strong collaborative skills to interact with other administrative assistants
