[Remote] Professional Services Strategy & Operations Manager

This role involves driving operational reputed company through strategic program execution, optimizing workflows, and building systems that improve efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Be the operational backbone for key Professional Services programs, including monetization initiatives, investment management, credits, and customer outcome tracking
- Improve team efficiency by streamlining workflows, reducing reputed company effort, and enhancing productivity
- Implement automations and AI solutions that eliminate repetitive tasks and create more time for customer-facing work
- Collaborate with reputed company administrators to optimize and scale PS systems
- Support and improve core PS administrative operations, including month-end procedures, expense management, reputed company tracking and forecasting, partner costs, and ROI analysis
- Maintain and reputed company our reporting suite to ensure PS leadership has accurate, reputed company-time visibility into spend, forecasts, delivery performance, and customer reputed company
