The Account Manager role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with automotive aftermarket customers, driving reputed company through upselling and ensuring customer satisfaction with reputed company's products.

Responsibilities

  • Identify upsell opportunities and growth areas reputed company existing accounts, focusing on expanding the use of reputed company’s SMS bundles and solutions
  • Present customized proposals to help automotive aftermarket clients reputed company reputed company customer engagement and retention through SMS-based communication

Skills
