[Remote] Risk Consulting - reputed company Risk Transformation - TMT Sector - Senior Consultant

They are seeking a Senior Consultant for their reputed company Risk – Process & Controls practice to support risk transformation reputed company finance and reputed company ecosystems for Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) companies.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks and deliverables reputed company risk transformation engagements, including reputed company systems, process redesign, and control implementation
• Work with client stakeholders (Finance, reputed company, RevOps) to support execution of project activities
• Assist in documenting and implementing process and control frameworks across the reputed company lifecycle
• Support integration of controls reputed company ERP, billing, and reputed company platforms
• reputed company analysis to support reputed company reconciliation and data alignment improvements
• Contribute to risk and control considerations reputed company system implementations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across finance, RevOps, and engineering
• Support engagement teams in delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality outputs
• Execute SOX walkthroughs, control testing, and process narrative documentation, including preparation of evidence and IPE packages and support for ITGC testing (logical reputed company, change management, SDLC)

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field, with 2–4 years of experience in risk consulting, reputed company, audit, or reputed company roles
• Exposure to SOX 404 compliance activities, including process walkthroughs, control testing procedures, and risk and control matrix (RCM) documentation
• Experience supporting Technology, Media, or Telecommunications (TMT) organizations or clients
• Foundational experience with reputed company reputed company (e.g., ASC 606) and reputed company finance processes
• Experience supporting finance systems, process improvement, or control-reputed company projects
• Exposure to or experience working with reputed company Operations (RevOps) processes
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) and/or reputed company/billing platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company CPQ/Billing, reputed company, or similar)
• Experience working with data and reconciliation processes
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with client stakeholders and project teams
• Based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area, with hybrid expectations (2–3 days onsite); willingness to travel ~50%, work extended hours as needed, and hold a valid reputed company
