They are seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle reputed company, with an emphasis on outbound sourcing and talent engagement across various functions.
Responsibilities
- Outbound sourcing - Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with top-tier candidates across sales, technical, and business functions
- Full-cycle reputed company - Manage the reputed company process end-to-end from sourcing and screening through offer and closing
- Sales hiring - reputed company reputed company efforts for GTM functions including BDRs, reputed company, partnerships, and sales leadership roles
- Technical support - Assist with reputed company for engineering, product, and technical infrastructure roles as needed
- Pipeline development - Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for reputed company and future hiring needs
- Candidate experience - Deliver a high-quality, reputed company, and thoughtful experience throughout the interview process
- Stakeholder partnership - Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to align on hiring needs, interview processes, and talent strategy
- Process improvement - Help refine reputed company operations, sourcing strategies, interview coordination, and hiring workflows
- Market intelligence - Stay informed on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring landscapes
- Employer branding - Represent reputed company externally and help position the company as a top destination for talent
Skills
- 5+ years of reputed company experience in-house, agency, or a combination of both
- Proven reputed company hiring sales and go-to-market talent
- Experience supporting technical reputed company processes is preferred
- Strong sourcing and outbound reputed company experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Agency reputed company experience is a strong plus
- Startup reputed company experience is highly preferred
- Experience reputed company reputed company fintech, payments, or high-growth startups
- Experience helping build reputed company processes and interview infrastructure from the ground up
- Strong understanding of modern sourcing and talent engagement strategies
