Responsibilities

• Create innovative, thought provoking, and highly leveraged “must-have insights” content

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred
• 12+ years of experience in software engineering
• Proven software engineering leadership experience, having led large-scale, multi-team software delivery organizations with accountability for execution, quality and reputed company
• Deep expertise in software engineering strategy and operating models, including roadmap planning, technology decision-making, talent management, team structures and organizational design and business stakeholder engagement
• Hands-on expertise in AI-augmented software development, including embedding AI across the SDLC, leveraging AI to improve developer productivity and optimizing software delivery reputed company
• Advanced knowledge of AI application development, including agentic solutions, model development, platform engineering and full-stack architectures for agentic systems
• Recognized as an AI leader, with experience evaluating emerging AI technologies, vendors and solutions, driving AI experimentation and scaling AI/ML capabilities across the reputed company
