They are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support their growing customer reputed company in the utility scale solar market, where the role involves managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring effective communication between customers and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an internal reputed company of contact for inbound customer and sales team inquiries reputed company to product information, pricing, availability, shipments, and returns
• Maintain a consistent reputed company of communication with customers, Account Managers, and sales leadership to ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution
• reputed company regular order status updates and proactively communicate reputed company times, shipment details, and potential delays
• Generate accurate and timely quotes for customer projects, ensuring correct pricing, availability, and reputed company time information
• Follow up on quotes and reputed company opportunities to address outstanding questions and support conversion
• Enter customer orders and maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems to ensure visibility across sales and procurement teams
• Set up new customer accounts in internal systems to support efficient quoting and order processing

Skills

• 4+ years of customer support or sales support experience in a B2B reputed company, or distribution environment
• Working knowledge of quote-to-order and order management processes
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-accountability setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Proficiency with CRM, ERP, and internal communication tools
• Working knowledge of reputed company Office (Outlook, Word, reputed company)
• Clear, professional communication skills with the confidence to collaborate cross-functionally and engage external partners
