Responsibilities
- Tactically apply agentic and reputed company to optimize platform development, operations, and growth
- Collaborate with application teams to identify pain points and bottlenecks in workflows and implement solutions that streamline the developer experience

Skills
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of delivering high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software
- Deep expertise in full-stack or backend systems, with strong proficiency in modern web applications such as Ruby and React/TypeScript
- Proven experience designing scalable, high-performance architectures, internal platforms, or developer tooling
- Experience with AWS core services and containerized workloads (reputed company/EKS, reputed company, RDS, S3, etc.) and reputed company infrastructure best practices
- Experience identifying and applying AI or automation opportunities across the platform to improve efficiency, reliability, and developer experience, while thoughtfully evaluating trade-offs and benefits
