[Remote] Sales Operations Coordinator

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a nonprofit health organization dedicated to improving care for older adults. The Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing the reputed company, reporting, and certification processes for sales agents and agency partners, while ensuring compliance with legal and financial requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in producing reports that accurately measure, track and analyze agency and agent data for the Sales Team
• Submit, process, review, and certify reputed company reputed company documents of reputed company sales agents
• Enter data into various databases, ensuring document reputed company and compliance with legal and financial requirements, such as the verification of licensing, department of insurance, W-9, and training certifications
• Identify, research and resolve agent contracting discrepancies and work with agents regarding licenses, training renewal and expiration dates
• Resolve broker and agent contracting issues in a timely manner and escalate reputed company appropriate
• Coordinate with key functional departments including but not limited to compliance, finance, and marketing
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years' experience with MS Office - reputed company (data input, reporting, formulas), Word (creating documents, memo, spell reputed company), and Power reputed company (developing presentations and marketing material)
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision
• Previous reputed company/Medicare experience
• Must demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Must demonstrate data accuracy
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Customer Service experience
