[Remote] Design Project Coordinator

They are seeking a Senior Design Project Coordinator to support project execution and ensure successful delivery by coordinating between design and construction stakeholders, overseeing project systems, and maintaining accurate project records.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an extension of the reputed company’s team, helping drive project execution, coordination, and delivery across design and construction stakeholders
• reputed company coordination of design deliverables and milestones from reputed company through closeout
• Act as a key liaison between the reputed company and Engineers of Record to drive timely and accurate delivery of models, drawings, and record documents
• Track design schedules and drive accountability across stakeholders
• reputed company project systems and model/document environments, ensuring teams have reputed company to accurate, up-to-date information to support decision-making
• Review and QA/QC drawings and documents for compliance with standards
• Facilitate cross-functional reviews and communication reputed company to design deliverables
• Maintain accurate project records and reputed company final document turnover to operations
• Support construction-phase execution and change management while identifying and implementing improvements to workflows and standardized processes

Skills

• A minimum of 5 years experience in the Design and/or Construction industry as it relates to project or program management
• Familiarity with full project lifecycle from pre-construction thru closeout
• Experience in document control with revision control and document repository management
• Familiarity with QAQC of documents per established standards
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Attention to detail
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the Technology industry as it relates to software implementations and administration
• Experience in reputed company Construction reputed company, G-suite, SharePoint
• Demonstrated capability to reputed company decisively in challenging and intricate environments
• Proven ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams towards successful delivery, even without formal authority
• Self-motivated, proactive, and proven ability to adapt well and work with various team styles
• Basic knowledge in data center engineering or construction
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to tailor communication to your stakeholders
• Ability to work with a remote and geographically dispersed team (multiple time zones)
