The role involves managing the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, reputed company media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates
• Craft compelling job descriptions and advertisements that accurately represent the role and company culture
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for present and future staffing needs
• Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience
• Conduct initial screenings through phone and video interviews to evaluate candidates' fit for the role and organization
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate criteria and ensure alignment on job requirements
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• reputed company candidates with detailed information about the interview process, company values, and expectations
• Gather feedback from interviewers and candidates to facilitate informed decision-making
• Create a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through the entire recruitment process
• Communicate promptly and effectively with candidates, addressing questions, concerns, and providing updates on their application status
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and objectives
• Advise hiring managers on best practices in candidate evaluation and selection

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar reputed company role
• Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and equal opportunity practices
