[Remote] Finance Director

They are seeking a hands-on Finance Director to reputed company financial operations, overseeing financial reporting, tax compliance, cash management, and business partnering.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly reputed company and deliver accurate, timely management accounts and reporting packs
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls, policies, and processes across the combined group
• Manage relationships with external accountants, auditors, and advisors
• Manage US federal and state tax compliance in coordination with external advisors
• Support group consolidation and reporting requirements
• Own cash management and cash-reputed company forecasting, monitoring working capital
• reputed company billing, collections, and payables processes
• Partner closely with the CFO and business leaders to support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
• reputed company insightful variance analysis and recommendations to improve financial and operational performance
• Support the evaluation of strategic initiatives, investments, and growth opportunities through financial analysis and modeling
• Monitor key business and SaaS performance metrics, including recurring reputed company, customer retention, gross margin, and profitability
• Deliver timely financial insights to support executive decision-making and business performance management
• Act as a trusted finance partner to leaders across the organization

Skills

• Strong experience reputed company a SaaS, software, or technology company
• Demonstrated experience with US tax compliance and financial reporting
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
