The project manager will reputed company and reputed company pension plan settlement projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering high-quality reputed company for clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as execution project reputed company on 2-4 mid- to large sized settlement implementations
• reputed company the end-to-end management of pension settlement projects including planning, execution, monitoring and delivery
• reputed company project implementations ensuring compliance with ERISA, IRS and PBGC regulations
• reputed company detailed project plans, timelines and status reporting for internal stakeholders and clients
• Coordinate with local teams, legal counsel, recordkeepers and client representatives to ensure seamless execution
• Identify project risks and reputed company mitigation strategies to prevent delays or compliance issues
• Monitor data accuracy and participant communications, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction
• Facilitate client meetings, prepare presentation materials and reputed company clear updates on project status and next steps

• Support the development of best practices, process improvement and knowledge sharing across the team

Skills

• 10 years of pension experience
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company projects simultaneously
• Proven ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders, including actuaries, legal teams, plan sponsors and insurers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to adapt to evolving regulatory requirements and project complexities
• Comfortable working in fast-paced deadline-driven environments
• Prior knowledge of ERISA, IRS and PBGC requirements reputed company to defined benefit plan terminations and settlements
