[Remote] Oncology Provider Account Manager

As an Oncology Provider Account Manager, you will drive awareness and adoption of the company’s clinical trial services among oncology providers, educating them on trial matching capabilities and guiding them through the referral and enrollment processes.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and clinical teams in your assigned region (primarily in community and non-trial-site settings)
- reputed company providers on reputed company’s AI-powered matching tools, pre-screening workflows, and concierge support services
- Support the identification of trial opportunities reputed company with reputed company’s contracted studies and geographic targets
- Conduct virtual and in-person visits to oncology clinics and community practices to introduce services and maintain engagement
- Spend at least 70–75% of your time in the field visiting oncology providers reputed company your local territory
- Track physician interactions, referrals, and engagement reputed company in CRM systems
- reputed company feedback from providers to internal teams to improve service offerings and communication strategies
- Coordinate with internal operations, clinical, and data teams to support trial referrals and provider reputed company
- This position follows a remote work model with a home-based office in your territory and frequent local travel for in-person provider visits
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, public health, reputed company administration, or a reputed company field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field-based provider relations, reputed company, liaison, account management, or sales with reputed company providers (ideally oncology or hematology); experience in clinical research is a plus but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust and effectively reputed company reputed company providers
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Proficient in reputed company Office and comfortable with CRM platforms
- Ability to spend at least 70–75% of time visiting oncology providers reputed company your local territory, with additional travel for occasional conferences or internal corporate meetings
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent reputed company
- Existing professional network reputed company the oncology provider community in your state/territory (e.g., oncologists, hematologists, cancer centers, community clinics, infusion centers) is required
- Direct experience working with oncologists and other oncology providers to drive referrals, adoption of new services, or trial education is a plus
- Familiarity with EMRs, NGS testing, or digital trial matching technologies is a plus
- Proven experience in field-based sales, provider relations, or account management reputed company reputed company (ideally oncology or hematology), including building provider networks, introducing new solutions, and driving adoption in clinical settings, is strongly preferred
