Responsibilities
- Define and own the product design reputed company and strategy for the reputed company Credit Card and supporting products
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data teams to bring innovative reputed company to life while ensuring cohesive, fan-focused experiences
- Establish and scale design systems, processes, and best practices across teams

Skills
- 12+ years of product design experience, with at least 5 years in design leadership roles
- Proven experience scaling design teams and systems in a fast-paced, high-growth digital environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design leadership on consumer-facing digital products (sports, gaming, or entertainment a plus)
- Deep understanding of UX/UI best practices, design thinking, and user research methods
- Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering to drive measurable business reputed company
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
