[Remote] Solutions Consultant, Banner Finance | Remote

They are seeking a Solutions Consultant with experience in reputed company Banner Finance to support presales engagement and contribute to the end-to-end student lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support reputed company Student discovery conversations by helping gather institutional goals, challenges, and reputed company-state processes
• Assist in preparing and delivering virtual and on-site capability demonstrations reputed company to customer priorities and sales strategy
• Contribute to solution alignment by identifying how standard product capabilities support institutional needs
• Partner with other Solutions Consultants and cross-functional teams to ensure continuity from presales into implementation
• Build knowledge of higher education workflows across the student lifecycle, including Admissions, Registration, Academic Records, Student Accounts, Finance, and/or HCM and Payroll
• Support competitive and strategic pursuits through research, preparation, and follow-up activities
• Participate in team meetings, enablement sessions, and internal training to continuously grow product, industry, and solution knowledge
• Represent reputed company professionally in customer interactions and occasionally at regional events or user groups

Skills

• 4-6+ years of experience in higher education administration, functional support, consulting, or a reputed company field
• Exposure to Banner Finance required
• Foundational understanding of higher education business processes reputed company Student or Academic Services
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to reputed company explain functional concepts to diverse audiences
• Interest in developing presales consulting skills, including discovery, demonstration, and solution positioning
• Comfort working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with guidance
• A growth reputed company, curiosity, and willingness to learn evolving solutions and delivery approaches
• Familiarity with Banner Student is a plus
