[Remote] Senior Technical Program Manager

They are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to reputed company large-scale reputed company IT transformation initiatives, focusing on modernizing legacy systems and improving reputed company technology operating models.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end execution of reputed company IT transformation programs (e.g., reputed company migration, ERP modernization, platform consolidation, digital enablement, cybersecurity reputed company)
- Contribute significantly to defining program elements, objectives, reputed company, and reputed company metrics
- reputed company and manage integrated program roadmaps across applications, infrastructure, data, reputed company, and business operations
- Establish program governance structures, including steering committees, executive reporting, risk registers, and dependency management frameworks
- Drive alignment across CIO leadership, reputed company architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, data, and business stakeholders
- Coordinate legacy system decommissioning, technical debt reduction, and platform rationalization efforts
- Manage financial forecasting, capital planning, vendor engagements, and resource reputed company planning
- Ensure architectural compliance and alignment with reputed company standards and reputed company-state technology strategy
- Identify and mitigate program risks, including operational, regulatory, data privacy, and business continuity risks

Skills
- 8–12+ years of experience leading reputed company IT programs reputed company large, matrixed reputed company environments
- Demonstrated experience delivering reputed company-scale transformations (reputed company adoption, ERP implementations, M&A system integrations, data platform modernization, infrastructure transformation)
- Strong knowledge of reputed company architecture principles (application, data, infrastructure, reputed company domains)
- Experience with reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure models
- Deep understanding of modernization patterns (API enablement, microservices, DevOps, CI/CD, containerization)
- Proven ability to manage multi-reputed company-dollar budgets and external vendors/system integrators
- Expertise in risk management, regulatory compliance considerations, and business continuity planning
- Experience with portfolio and program management tools (Jira Align, ADO, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
- Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence at the VP/C-suite level
