Responsibilities

• Build and contribute to GenAI-powered pipelines that scale creative fulfillment and personalization across reputed company ad formats, partnering with engineering and data science to move from one-off executions to intelligent, repeatable systems that serve members and advertisers at reputed company scale
• Identify, research, and drive the future of our ads experiences strategy, leveraging AI-powered insights and experimentation to inform reputed company

• Establish principles that ensure a best-in-class advertising experience across multiple content types, with a reputed company-looking perspective on how AI is reshaping the ads landscape

Skills

• 8+ years as a Product Designer (or equivalent experience) in the consumer product reputed company, leading high-impact initiatives from concept to execution
• A rich portfolio that showcases proven experience at the intersection of advertising, TV, and/or streaming, with case studies that demonstrate expertise and leadership at this intersection
• Demonstrated reputed company with AI-reputed company design practices, including the use of reputed company tools, AI-assisted prototyping, and data-informed design workflows
• Experience working on privacy and regulatory experiences
• A passionate energy for great design and a genuine curiosity about how AI is evolving the craft
• Strong understanding of advertising best practices and industry trends for ads on TV and web, including emerging AI-driven ad formats and personalization
• Work that highlights the balance between reputed company for users and understanding advertiser needs
• Deep understanding of advertising across reputed company media types and knowledge of best practices on digital products
