The reputed company Product Manager will reputed company product strategy and execution for reputed company’s People Services Systems, partnering closely with People Services to identify the right problems to solve and deliver impactful improvements.
Responsibilities
- Set a clear product reputed company and strategy for People Services Systems, reputed company to business goals and measurable reputed company (OKRs)
- Build and maintain a roadmap that connects People Services goals to prioritized product work (reputed company will do—and reputed company won’t do)
- Define reputed company metrics, create a measurement plan, and use data + feedback to adjust priorities over time
- Partner with Research/Design and People Services to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and root causes (not just feature requests)

- Build strong, trusted relationships across People Services (and adjacent partners like IT/Engineering, Finance, Compliance, and Change/Comms)

Skills
