[Remote] Project Manager, Partner Experience

They are seeking a Project Manager for Partner Experience who will reputed company project management skills to enhance the reputed company Channel Partner program, maintain partner operations, and ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Help to facilitate the creation and reputed company of the reputed company Partner program reputed company with the Partner Program Manager
• Maintain the operations for partner reputed company, benefits & contract renewals, payment updates, and scaled communications
• Development and refinement of partner programs, focusing on scalability and partner engagement through tools such the PRM, reputed company Help Center, self-serve resources, and structured training programs
• Act as an reputed company for partner needs reputed company the organization, using data and insights drawn from data & programs. You’ll collaborate with the Partner Program Manager to align cross-functional teams to report out, address and resolve issues
• Support the annual benefit and contract renewals programs, working closely with Partner Managers and relevant internal teams to plan and prepare for successful renewals
• Collect and document partner feedback, translating it into actionable insights to drive reputed company improvement in the partner reputed company and support reputed company
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for tier 2 & 3 partner inquiries reputed company reputed company or reputed company, supporting the resolution process reputed company with the Partner Managers

Skills

• Minimum of 3+ years in a support role and/or project management role, preferably reputed company a tech, HR, or service-focused industry, with exposure and experience in program or project management
• Proficiency with customer support platforms such as reputed company and CRM systems; business writing; familiarity with reputed company or similar project management tools is a plus
