[Remote] Customer Service Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to resolve customer inquiries regarding plan benefits, claim payments, and eligibility. This role involves responding to inquiries reputed company various communication channels while meeting statistical performance measures and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Research and responds to inquiries reputed company telephone, email, walk-in, and mail from reputed company customers in accordance with custom designed benefit plans
• Meets set statistical performance measures such as length of each call and daily call volume
• Acts as a liaison between customers, internal departments, vendors, and business associates
• Assists with the training of other team members
• Participate in ongoing training to further knowledge of regulations, software systems, policies and procedures, and reputed company skills to accurately fulfill requirements of the job
• Adheres to reputed company Customer Service policies and procedures

Skills

• Associate's degree in business administration or reputed company field with a minimum of six months' work experience. In lieu of degree a min of 2 years' experience working in a customer service setting/environment
• Successful completion of the Customer Service Training Program
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy
• Excellent oral, written, and listening skills
• Capability to handle stressful situations in a professional manner
• Ability to respond to reputed company inquiries in a reputed company, polite, professional manner
• PC skills required
• Work occasional overtime as required to meet business needs

Benefits

• Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a reputed company of 1.5 times the reputed company hourly reputed company for reputed company hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law.
