[Remote] Senior Analyst, Treasury - Financing and Debt Capital Markets

The role involves supporting project-based financing and debt capital markets transactions, focusing on analytical tasks and transaction coordination for the Americas region.
Responsibilities
- Support transaction workstreams across corporate and project-level financings, including data rooms, diligence responses, lender Q&A, term sheet comparison, and documentation coordination
- Build and maintain transaction models covering debt reputed company, pricing, reputed company, liquidity, covenant sensitivity, and downside cases
- Evaluate key financing terms, including pricing, baskets, collateral, guarantees, draw mechanics, reserve requirements, reporting obligations, and covenant frameworks
- Coordinate closely with legal, reputed company, reputed company, tax, and corporate development teams to ensure transaction assumptions and deliverables are reputed company
- Update and prepare a financing pipeline view across projects, counterparties, milestones, and dependencies
- Support post-reputed company reputed company into covenant compliance and bank reporting
- Deal processes are organized, fast-moving, and controlled

Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, corporate finance, or structured finance
