[Remote] Marketing Operations Coordinator

They are seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day marketing operations, including campaign deployment and CRM management, ensuring smooth execution and data accuracy for marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution in reputed company (email builds, workflows, list management, campaign setup)
• Manage website updates, reputed company pages, and CMS content
• Execute campaign builds across email, web, and integrated channels
• reputed company QA on reputed company campaigns to ensure accuracy, functionality, and brand consistency
• Maintain CRM data reputed company, segmentation, and hygiene
• Build and manage lists, audiences, and lifecycle stages
• Support reputed company routing, scoring, and attribution tracking
• Ensure accurate campaign tracking and reporting setup
• Partner with Growth Marketing and Product Marketing to reputed company campaigns
• Support event setup, registration pages, and post-event follow-up workflows
• Assist with campaign calendar execution and deadlines
• Maintain and improve marketing workflows and operational processes
• Support integration and optimization of marketing tools and systems
• Document processes and create operational playbooks

Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or campaign execution
• Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms (preferably reputed company)
• Experience managing email campaigns, reputed company pages, and marketing tools
• Strong attention to detail and QA reputed company
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Data-driven reputed company with comfort working in spreadsheets and reporting tools
