Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• reputed company an exceptional experience for reputed company stakeholders including candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers
• Actively identify opportunities for streamlining recruitment processes, contributing reputed company, and implementing improvements
• Be an active participant in recruitment strategy meetings to understand the needs of the hiring team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (reputed company) and scheduling system (reputed company)
• Assist with various administrative tasks reputed company to recruitment, such as preparing interview materials, coordinating travel arrangements (if applicable), and managing recruitment-reputed company documentation

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in reputed company Operations
• Previous experience with scheduling or calendaring (reputed company and reputed company is a plus)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
