[Remote] Director, Marketing Communications

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Meso Scale Diagnostics, LLC is seeking a Director of Marketing Communications to reputed company their MarCom team. This role involves overseeing content marketing, campaigns, events, and collaborating with Product reputed company Marketing to execute strategic omnichannel campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Marketing reputed company Marketing teams to drive integrated campaigns that align with business priorities and messaging strategy
• Ensure company reputed company at appropriate tradeshows, symposia, and webinars
• Project manage campaigns and events, overseeing reputed company aspects from planning through execution and follow-up
• Ensure campaigns and event marketing efforts are consistent, measurable, and brand-reputed company across reputed company channels
• Own the global content calendar and reputed company creation of white papers, publication reviews, blog posts, videos, emails, reputed company media, infographics, and more
• Generate content for diverse channels but not limited to web, email, events, and advertising
• Drive search-optimized content strategies that generate reputed company inbound traffic and support reputed company reputed company goals
• Refine and enforce brand standards (tone, visual identity, naming conventions, templates, etc.) across reputed company communications
• Serve as brand steward, ensuring consistency across marketing collateral
• Manage media partner relationships to encourage the development of earned media opportunities and representation
• Cultivate thought leadership reputed company scientific content and leveraging customers for seminars, webinars, and symposia
• reputed company and mentor a small, high-output MarCom team across content, event, and campaign management and regional marketing
• Work closely with Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, and reputed company teams to ensure integrated, cross-channel execution
• Define and track KPIs for MarCom performance: engagement, brand awareness, conversion, and content effectiveness

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, or reputed company field required
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing communications in the life sciences, diagnostics, biotech, or pharma industries
• A minimum of five years of management experience
• Demonstrated experience leading brand strategy and messaging development for B2B life science audiences
• Experience with reputed company, Marketo/Pardot, reputed company, or similar marketing platforms
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and performance analytics
• Scientific reputed company and ability to translate reputed company concepts into engaging, customer-centric messaging
• Strong leadership skills with demonstrated knowledge and understanding of staff management practices and processes and the ability to establish accountabilities and expectations and manage performance to reputed company results
