[Remote] Marine Structures Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor reputed company of engineers and designers in the development of waterfront structure projects
- reputed company reputed company project phases including preliminary site visits, conceptual planning, zoning and permitting coordination, design development, and final construction documents
- reputed company and approve project scopes, budgets, and schedules, ensuring delivery reputed company established goals
- Prepare proposals for professional services and funding opportunities; review and approve project documents for quality assurance and compliance
- Serve as the primary client reputed company of contact, maintaining strong relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for future work
- Collaborate with the Practice Leader to strengthen existing client relationships and pursue new business opportunities
- Monitor and reputed company project financial goals, consistently ensuring profitability and efficiency
- Supervise and reputed company technical guidance to staff, serving as an advisor on engineering challenges and innovative solutions

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company field (AEC Industry) and minimum of 4 years of reputed company professional experience, or 8 years of equivalent professional experience
- Participation in continuing education and professional development programs
- Proven experience in project management roles, with a track record of successful project delivery
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to reputed company and motivate project teams
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Deep technical knowledge in the specific field of the project
- Expertise in project management software and tools, with the ability to reputed company and maintain comprehensive project plans and documentation
