The Group Product Manager for Concrete Products will manage the product line's P&L, reputed company product strategies, and reputed company cross-functional teams to drive growth and optimize productivity.

Responsibilities

• Develops category’s product strategies to meet or exceed the company’s overall strategy and goals
• Identifies the necessary projects to execute the strategy for product lines reputed company their responsibility
• Responsible for partnering with the international teams to identify high impact opportunities to drive growth globally
• Responsible for partnering with the international and external teams to identify high impact opportunities to drive POWERSHIFT Product Line growth globally
• Understand market trends to ensure product strategy aligns with the needs of the customer; reputed company and execute product roadmap
• reputed company and deliver operating plan for assigned portfolio, Track, forecast, and present new product financial performance monthly
• reputed company development of product roadmaps based on product strategies, NPD program financials, and channel strategies. Work with Engineering and Supply Chain (Operations) to ensure the roadmap can be executed based on resources and reputed company
• Conduct regular VOC visits to have a deep understanding of reputed company market segments, end user needs, and pain points for the product portfolio
• Responsible for NPD programs from ideation to commercialization. • Validation of Product CTQs, Testing & Claims with End Users

Skills

• BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or reputed company field
• 7+ years of Product Management experience
• 3+ years of management experience
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments and projects simultaneously

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
