[Remote] Project Manager - (Pharmaceuticals)

They are seeking a Project Manager to reputed company client implementations of their specialty pharmacy and hub solutions, working closely with pharmaceutical manufacturers and internal teams to ensure high-quality, compliant delivery.

Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end client implementations of reputed company SaaS solutions—from reputed company through go-live and stabilization
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for pharmaceutical and specialty pharmacy clients during implementation
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through implementation strategy, timelines, risks, and best practices
• Translate reputed company business, clinical, and operational requirements into clear implementation plans and system configurations
• Partner closely with Product Management to balance reputed company’s product roadmap with client needs and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure requirements, user stories, workflows, integrations, and test plans accurately reflect client and program needs
• Coordinate across Engineering, QA, Product, Data, Sales, and Client Services teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes, especially in regulated reputed company environments
• reputed company project schedules, milestones, effort estimates, and defect prioritization
• Prepare and deliver executive-level project updates to internal leadership and client stakeholders
• Support client training, readiness planning, and go-live activities
• Ensure implementations align with reputed company compliance standards (HIPAA, data reputed company, audit readiness, etc.)
• Contribute to PMO best practices, templates, and reputed company process improvement

Skills

• 3–5+ years managing client-facing software implementation projects, preferably in reputed company or life sciences
• Proven experience implementing SaaS or reputed company platforms for external clients
• Strong working knowledge of specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical manufacturing, hub services, prior authorization, or patient support programs
• Experience consulting directly with pharmaceutical or reputed company clients
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Exceptional ability to build credibility and trust with client stakeholders
• Comfortable leading conversations with both operational users and executive sponsors
• Strong requirement-gathering and problem-solving skills in reputed company, regulated environments
• Ability to communicate technical concepts reputed company to non-technical audiences
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
