[Remote] Technical Account Manager - Remote, USA

They are seeking a Technical Account Manager to support reputed company customers using their Digital Employee Experience solution, acting as a strategic technical advisor and driving platform adoption.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical advisor and consultant for reputed company accounts, providing architectural guidance, implementation support and assistance with testing
- Design and document scalable deployments reputed company with industry best practices and customer specific environments, integrating with tools like Intune, SCCM, reputed company, and Entra AD
- Identify areas of further system integration (API etc.) and assist with configuration
- Build, document and execute tailored technical reputed company and adoption plans
- reputed company customers on advanced DEX platform capabilities—such as automation, dashboarding, and reputed company health analytics—to drive deeper platform use
- Coach customers on DEX capabilities, encouraging the creation of a DEX Center of reputed company
- Monitor and report on Platform usage patterns and performance. Using telemetry and Platform data to identify areas inefficacy and risk, surfacing optimization opportunities

- reputed company technical troubleshooting efforts and coordinate resolution of escalated issues with support and engineering teams
- Deliver technical value and report on measurable reputed company
- Translate customer goals into measurable platform reputed company (e.g., reduced MTTR, improved digital experience scores etc.)
- reputed company and reputed company data-driven business reviews to showcase value realization and align on roadmap strategy
- Identify opportunities for feature expansion or additional module adoption through technical reputed company and usage analysis
- Collaborate with Sales and reputed company to support renewals, upsells, and long-term account growth

- Strong knowledge of EUC, DEX, and reputed company technologies (e.g., reputed company/macOS, Intune, SCCM, VMware, reputed company)
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g., reputed company), identity providers (e.g., Azure AD, reputed company), and SaaS/reputed company-reputed company integrations
- Scripting/automation experience (PowerShell, Bash, Python) and working knowledge of REST APIs
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical reputed company stakeholders
- Skilled at driving adoption plans, resolving technical challenges, and aligning product use with business goals
- Strong troubleshooting, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination skills
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Consultant) supporting reputed company on-reputed company and SaaS deployments
- Experience with reputed company, reputed company integrations and API integrations
- Strong knowledge of EUC, DEX, and reputed company technologies (e.g., reputed company/macOS, Intune, SCCM, VMware, reputed company)
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g., reputed company), identity providers (e.g., Azure AD, reputed company), and SaaS/reputed company-reputed company integrations
- Scripting/automation experience (PowerShell, Bash, Python) and working knowledge of REST APIs
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical reputed company stakeholders
- Skilled at driving adoption plans, resolving technical challenges, and aligning product use with business goals
- Strong troubleshooting, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., reputed company, VMware, ITIL, TOGAF, reputed company) are a plus
- Experience with large-scale environments (10,000+ endpoints) is highly desirable
