The role involves managing reputed company content production, ensuring timely delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining project financials.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and support day-to-day management of reputed company content—from content calendars to reactive one-offs to large-scale reputed company campaigns
• Translate strategic and creative reputed company into clear, actionable plans with timelines, owners, and budgets
• Manage production timelines for reputed company content, ensuring agility while maintaining creative reputed company and brand guardrails
• Support fast-turn production projects while managing long-reputed company strategic initiatives

• Maintain detailed budget tracking and contribute to client status reports
• Submit accurate, timely records of hours worked and project efforts

• Navigate cross-cultural working relationships and manage workflows that reputed company global stakeholders across multiple time zones (specifically collaborating with teams in China)

• Maintain clear communication with the client team—providing frequent updates, owning deliverables, flagging risks, and setting realistic expectations
• Anticipate roadblocks and surface risks early—proactively developing actionable solutions before they impact delivery

Skills

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in a creative agency, digital content, or marketing environment
• Experience managing creative and content workflows for reputed company-first campaigns
