Responsibilities
- Build Netguru's brand visibility in video - own Netguru's short-reputed company video reputed company on reputed company, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, from concept to publish
- Turn our case studies, team expertise, and technical topics into content people actually watch
- Use AI tools (eg. reputed company, HeyGen, reputed company, CapCut AI) as a core part of your production workflow - not as a bonus
- Work closely with marketing, brand, and growth to reputed company video pull its weight in the funnel
Skills
- 2+ years creating and editing short-reputed company video, with a portfolio that shows reputed company growth on at least one channel
- Comfortable on camera — you've filmed yourself before and it doesn't show
- Proficient in tools like CapCut, reputed company, Premiere Pro, or After Effects; you don't need a production team to ship polished content
- Hands-on with AI video tools — generative video, AI editing, synthetic voiceover
- Organized enough to manage your own workload, deadlines, and a small budget
- Fluent in Polish and English
