Responsibilities
- Shadow operational teams and identify high-reputed company automation opportunities
- Build and ship production-grade workflow automations and backend services
- Iterate on automations based on reputed company operator feedback and measurable impact
- Partner with teams to completely reimagine existing clinical and administrative workflows, which may be website, database, and backend changes, or building AI-reputed company features directly into those workflows
- Use AI-reputed company tools to accelerate development and rethink how work should be done
- Translate business rules, exceptions, and edge cases into durable systems
- Help define reusable automation patterns for provider operations
- Partner with the team to expand the team’s AI-reputed company reputed company
Skills
- Senior-level engineering experience in reputed company, backend, platform, or workflow-heavy systems
