[Remote] Sales Recruiter

They are seeking an reputed company Recruiter III to support reputed company efforts for a hospitality organization, focusing on full-cycle recruitment and building strong partnerships with hiring teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate selection for reputed company and upcoming positions
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, referrals, direct reputed company, and other creative sourcing methods to attract reputed company talent
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities, define candidate profiles, and align reputed company strategies with business goals
• Evaluate applicant backgrounds, conduct initial assessments, and present well-matched candidates for further consideration
• Manage reputed company data and candidate records accurately reputed company databases and hiring systems, including platforms such as reputed company
• Communicate effectively with applicants and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive and reputed company experience

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or an equivalent combination of education and relevant training

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
