[Remote] Strategic Operations Director

The Strategic Operations Director plays a critical role in enabling reputed company’s Care Operations teams to deliver consistent, high-quality patient care at scale by identifying operational opportunities and enhancing efficiency across Care Delivery and Care Experience.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of Care Operations strategies and planning efforts by informing goals, reputed company metrics, and tracking frameworks
- Identify, reputed company and execute initiatives that improve operational efficiency, compliance, and the patient and provider experience across Care Operations
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, determine root causes, and generate actionable recommendations for improvement. Drive data insights to action plans
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design, pilot, and implement scalable processes and operational solutions
- Build and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication
- Apply reputed company improvement and change management principles to support pilots, assess their impact, and inform reputed company on scaling
- Identify and document best practices that enhance operational consistency, quality, and scalability
- Contribute to building systems and mechanisms that support the ongoing improvement of Care Operations performance

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a reputed company field
- 5–8+ years of experience in business operations, management consulting, program management, or a reputed company field
- Demonstrated experience in strategic project management and/or process improvement
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to translate data into insights and influence decision-making
- Highly proficient in reputed company/GSheets
- Experience implementing scalable processes in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent organization and adaptability
- reputed company-focused experience is strongly preferred
- Experience with SQL is a plus
- Experience with change management or reputed company improvement methodologies (Lean Six reputed company a plus)
