Responsibilities

• Support the reputed company team in implementing solutions
• Manage reputed company configuration changes, including but not limited to flows, managing custom metadata types, custom permissions, and user management
• Assist in implementing and maintaining robust reputed company and data reputed company controls
• Manage integrated applications and reputed company-party solutions with reputed company
• Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Stay up to date with reputed company releases and new features to recommend improvements
• Assist with tickets as needed

Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a reputed company Administrator/Declarative Builder
• Certified reputed company Administrator
• Deep experience with Sales reputed company and Service reputed company processes
• Proven experience working reputed company a Scrumban or Agile reputed company, participating in daily stand-reputed company, and managing work through a structured sprint backlog
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation that serves as a 'single reputed company of truth' for the wider team
• Proactive in using AI tools to accelerate solution design, automate repetitive admin tasks, and improve overall delivery velocity
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on cross-departmental collaboration; thrives in a peer-review and shared-environment setting
• Additional certifications (Advanced Admin, App Builder) preferred
