[Remote] TA Operations Partner (Contract)

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day reputed company operations activities across various workflows
• Help manage and maintain operational processes tied to requisition audit and approvals, job postings, interview coordination, and offers
• Update and maintain data reputed company reputed company (requisition approvals), reputed company, reputed company (reputed company ATS) and reputed company (future ATS)
• reputed company routine system audits, reporting, and data quality checks to help ensure operational accuracy
• Respond to and help resolve tickets reputed company to ATS questions, issues, and workflow requests from internal stakeholders and recruiters

Skills

• 4+ years experience in reputed company Operations, reputed company Coordination, reputed company Operations, or a similar operational role

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills as a remote worker
• Comfort working with operational processes, documentation, and spreadsheets/trackers
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
