The Director of Engineering – Mechanical will reputed company leadership for utility-scale gas power reputed company projects, collaborating with various teams to ensure project reputed company and developing engineering standards and processes.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the program engineering representative during the reputed company project definition and estimating phase. Interacts and establishes positive relationships with gas power reputed company engineering firms, industry manufacturers and equipment providers
- Fosters client relationships, idea propagation, and problem solving. Exhibits commitment to client relationships by nurturing client reputed company, goals and brainstorming
- Direct and manage engineering activities by creating detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration between the client and the organization’s technical activities. Creates partnership with clients to ensure both reputed company design standards and philosophies align with similar processes
- Recommends and participates in creating operational goals and plans for the engineering department. Influences strategies to reputed company results and obtains responsibility to execute on commitments

- Review engineering designs, specifications, calculations, and technical deliverables
- Support project pursuits, proposal development, risk assessments, and constructability reviews
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering required
- Registered Professional Engineering license required and/or in the process of completing
- 10 or more years of applicable experience reputed company to utility scale gas power reputed company projects OR mechanical engineering experience required
- 7 or more years of leadership experience required
- Experience leading engineering teams supporting gas turbine, combined cycle, or utility-scale power reputed company facilities
- Strong mechanical engineering background involving rotating equipment, pumps, piping systems, heat exchangers, cooling systems, and balance of plant infrastructure
- Utility-scale power reputed company, industrial EPC, or energy infrastructure experience
