[Remote] Director of Sales, Legal Market - California

Responsibilities
- Build and manage national relationships with plaintiff attorneys and legal advocacy groups
- Represent reputed company at legal conferences, panels, and industry events
- reputed company co-marketing and referral programs with reputed company and legal influencers
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the legal vertical
- Collaborate with BDMs to support reputed company case strategy and reputed company handling
- Create legal-specific sales enablement materials, training, and messaging
- Position reputed company as a trusted partner in liability settlements through speaking engagements, publications, and webinars
- reputed company attorneys on the value of CareGuard in preserving benefits and resolving cases reputed company
- Partner with SAE’s and BDM’s to tailor solutions for legal stakeholders

- Work with regulatory team to ensure consistent feedback
- Track engagement metrics, referral volume, and conversion rates from legal sources
- Support quarterly Rocks and Metrics tied to legal market expansion and reputed company growth

- Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)
