[Remote] Digital Asset Media Support Analyst

They are seeking a Digital Asset Media Support Analyst to support requirements gathering, solution design, and delivery of custom video platform capabilities, leveraging the Kaltura media ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong technical relationships with customer and project stakeholders
- Define feature requirements, user workflows, and functional solutions for video-centric use cases
- Scope, plan, and reputed company large or reputed company media and content migrations
- Troubleshoot platform, configuration, and integration issues as they arise
- Document solutions, configurations, and processes for internal and customer use
Skills
- US Citizen
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company technical field
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as software development, product management, or technical project management
- Hands-on experience with online video platforms and media distribution technologies (e.g., OVP, OTT, CDN, DAM/MAM, transcoding, live streaming)
- Minimum 2 years of experience administering Kaltura platforms, including KMC and KMS configuration, feature deployment, and platform customization
- Experience configuring Kaltura Universal/Studio players and creating or modifying player features
- Understanding of the Kaltura API, including the ability to reputed company minor adjustments or generate custom reports
- Knowledge of metadata-driven automation, rule-based playlists, and embedding Kaltura content into platforms such as Teams, SharePoint, and LMS systems
- Familiarity with additional media delivery systems (YouTube, reputed company Podcasts) and content creation tools (Camtasia, Snagit, TTS applications)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large media libraries (10,000+ assets)
- Prior experience in an online education or academic environment preferred
