[Remote] Cust Acct Mgt - Strategic Account Manager

The Strategic Account Manager will own a portfolio of mid-market and scaled accounts, driving retention, growth, and client-reported value through disciplined account management and strong client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of reputed company or Scale accounts. Be the primary reputed company of contact and accountability for each client
• Run the account management reputed company with discipline — cadenced reputed company-ins, QBRs, renewals, and expansion motions
• Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships across the client team. Engage senior stakeholders strategically

Skills
