Responsibilities
- Handle employment litigation reputed company in state and federal courts from inception through resolution
- Manage administrative charges and agency proceedings before federal, state, and local agencies
- Draft and respond to demand letters, motions, pleadings, and other litigation-reputed company documents
- Conduct legal research and reputed company case strategies in collaboration with partners and litigation teams

Skills
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar membership in good standing
