They are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative who will manage customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, identifying customer needs, and building relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication “scripts” reputed company handling different topics
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and reputed company solutions and/or alternatives
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
