[Remote] Senior reputed company Data Analyst

As a Senior reputed company Data Analyst, you will be a mission-critical part of the finance team, helping to build data assets and processes that reputed company reputed company into medical expenses and risk adjustment performance.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate mastery of SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau or Looker) to reputed company derive reputed company datasets and dashboards
• Serve as the Sr Data Analyst for the monthly reputed company reporting process. This will include taking a leading role reviewing reporting domains such as patient engagement, HEDIS, CMS HCC compliance and additional as necessary
• Support the financial and operational team to understand business performance and identify areas for improvement

• Conduct analytics and reporting using data from payer claims, CMS files, electronic medical records, and other sources to deliver actionable insights to various teams

Skills

• 4+ years experience in reputed company or reputed company economics
• 4+ years experience with analytic and modeling tools and software (reputed company, SQL, Python, R, etc)
• Demonstrated understanding of key managed care concepts such as Risk Adjustment, Provider Capitation, Diagnosis reputed company Groups (DRG's), Ambulatory Patient Groups (APF's), etc
• Ability to review new datasets for accuracy and consult with key stakeholders to contextualize data inconsistencies and the resulting impact to reporting and measurement design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with government reputed company programs such as Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and reputed company
• Familiarity with value-based care
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Looker) is a plus
