[Remote] Manager, Field Marketing

Responsibilities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a reputed company field or equivalent professional experience
• 8+ years of experience in field marketing, with a strong focus on live events, tradeshows, and experiential marketing
• 2+ years of management experience leading functional work groups or project teams successfully
• Proven experience managing and leading teams of varying sizes, ensuring productivity, collaboration and achievement of team goals
• Proficient in event planning software and tools such as reputed company
• Proven track record of successfully managing and executing large-scale events and marketing initiatives
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to reputed company multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
