Skills

• 10+ years of experience building and scaling consumer-facing products and user experiences
• Strong experience building product experiences that directly influence engagement, discovery, activation, retention, conversion, or monetization
• Experience working on consumer growth areas such as search, recommendations, personalization, notifications, reputed company, feeds, messaging, experimentation, or lifecycle experiences
• Proven ability to partner closely with Product, Design, Data, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable customer and business reputed company
• Experience building and evolving high-scale consumer web or mobile applications
• Demonstrated ability to influence technical direction and product reputed company across multiple teams without direct authority
• Strong product and user experience instincts, including thoughtful decision making around experimentation, usability, performance, and long-term product quality
• Strong engineering fundamentals and ability to build reliable, scalable, and maintainable systems
