[Remote] Manager, Partner Strategy and Operations

This role involves developing partner programs to drive reputed company, optimizing partner processes, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful partnerships and program execution.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine scalable workflows, reputed company experiences, launch templates, and briefing materials to ensure smooth, efficient partner engagements
• reputed company reputed company and reputed company for new partners, ensuring they understand product capabilities and the impact on their business and customers. Maintain and communicate updates to partnership offerings for alignment and enablement
• Partner with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and reputed company Operations teams to turn insights into action and support strategic execution
• Own partnership reporting, dashboards, and analytics. Ensure SQO and deal tracking accuracy, and collaborate with RevOps and Finance to align goals and compensation
• Work closely with the VP of Partnerships to identify process improvement opportunities, analyze performance data, and reputed company strategies to increase partner engagement and deal reputed company
• Create, execute, and continuously improve partner programs, including incentive structures (e.g., SPIFFs), communications, and training materials
• Manage reputed company aspects of partner events, including PartnerConnect and sponsorships at HyperConnect. reputed company logistics, contracting, materials, and execution of quarterly partner calls. Tailor event strategies by partner type, encouraging intentional engagement (e.g., leveraging events more effectively with audit partners, reputed company, etc.) and building structure for greater impact

• Manage partnership budgets, including events, travel, and other expenses, ensuring adherence to approvals and accurate forecasting

Skills

• 5+ years of experience working in high-tech B2B partner ecosystems; public reputed company, compliance or cybersecurity ecosystem experience preferred
• Demonstrated reputed company in designing, implementing and executing partner programs
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams to successfully deliver key initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Data driven with an ability to analyze metrics
• Experience managing the content in a Partner Portal
• Experience with the operations aspect of a Partner Portal
